Take 2 on the Lou & Shae wellness retreat and lets just say what happens at retreat stays at retreat, with the exception of when I have the camera out.
I am always so humbled to be apart of the team and meet the most amazing women that attend.
Being welcomed to capture all the emotions throughout the process is so fulfilling, I feel like a new woman myself after each retreat…. Bring on March 2021!!!
Technical complications
-Low lighting situation, having to use a lens with a low F/stop.
-unable to add flash as I need to be very discreet when the women are having breakthrough or dealing with trauma.
